Yes — fully insured with general liability coverage and workers' compensation on every install. Documentation is available on request before any work begins.
Yes. Every design consultation and proposal is free. We'll talk through your property and goals, then send a design you can actually see — a marked-up photo or professional rendering of your own home — with a clear written proposal. No obligation, no high-pressure pitch.
Yes. We light commercial properties, storefronts, restaurants, office buildings, and HOAs in addition to residential homes. Reach out and we'll talk through your project scope.
Most residential landscape and permanent lighting installs are completed in one day. Christmas lighting installs are typically a single day as well. Larger properties or commercial scopes can run longer — we'll give you a clear timeline as part of your proposal.
Every install comes with a workmanship warranty. Specific fixture and product warranties vary by service — landscape LEDs and permanent lighting both carry multi-year manufacturer warranties, and Christmas lighting installs include in-season service for outages.
A dedicated team. Your lighting is designed by our design team and installed by our own trained crews — not a commissioned salesperson and a separate subcontractor. One point of contact and one standard, from first consultation through installation and every service call after.
Landscape Lighting
Most full-yard landscape lighting projects in the Indianapolis area run between roughly $3,000 and $10,000 depending on home size, number of fixtures, and how much of the property you want lit. You'll get one complete project price in a written proposal — no hourly billing, no surprises mid-project.
Yes. Every install comes with an astronomical timer or smart-app control that turns the lights on at sunset and off on whatever schedule you choose. We program it during installation and it runs itself from there.
No. We bury low-voltage runs and route wiring along the fascia, under decks, and behind landscape beds. The only thing you see during the day are the fixtures themselves — and most of those tuck into beds so they're nearly invisible until they turn on at sundown.
Absolutely. Most clients start with a core install — front facade, key trees, primary path — and add to it over time. We size the transformer with headroom, so the system grows with your landscape whenever you're ready.
Permanent Architectural Lighting
Permanent lighting is a professionally installed architectural lighting system: programmable LEDs housed in a low-profile aluminum track along your roofline, color-matched so it disappears in daylight. Most nights it runs as warm-white architectural lighting; for holidays, game days, and occasions, you can switch the whole house to any color scene from an app.
Very little. The aluminum channel is color-matched to your soffit, fascia, or trim so from the curb it visually disappears. The only people who notice are the ones standing six feet away looking for it.
The LED chips we install are commercial-grade and rated for 50,000+ hours. If you ran them every single night, they would still outlast most roofs. The hardware carries a multi-year manufacturer warranty.
It can. The permanent system handles your roofline year-round, so many clients retire the seasonal roofline install entirely and keep us for the elements a track can't reach — wrapped trees, shrubs, wreaths, and garland. Warm-white architectural lighting for eleven months, a full holiday scene for December.
Bistro & Outdoor Living Lighting
Bistro lights (also called café or string lights) are the warm, evenly spaced bulbs strung overhead across patios, pergolas, and yards. We install commercial-grade, dimmable, weather-rated strings on properly tensioned cable — so they hang taut and look intentional, not like a sagging consumer-grade strand.
It's a permanent, professionally installed system. Unlike temporary party lighting, we mount tensioned cable, bury low-voltage wiring, and integrate fixtures into your pergola, patio, and landscape so the lighting stays up and looks built-in year-round.
Yes. Pergolas, covered patios, and decks are some of the best spaces to light. We integrate downlighting and string light into the structure, add step and railing accents, and conceal the wiring so the lighting looks like part of the build.
Yes. We use commercial-grade, weather-rated fixtures and tensioned cable rated for the freeze-thaw cycle Central Indiana puts outdoor electrical through — not the seasonal strings that fail after one winter. If anything does go out, service is a call away.
Christmas Lighting
We provide them. The lights are commercial-grade C9, C7, and mini LEDs that we own — you don't have to dig anything out of the attic, store anything in January, or replace strands every few years. The same set of lights gets used year after year as part of your service.
Sooner is better. Installs begin in October — when about three-quarters of our displays go up — and continue through November. The calendar typically fills by early fall, so to secure an early install date, book by August or September.
Call us. In-season service is included in your Christmas lighting package — usually we have a tech out within a few days. We won't leave you with a half-dark roofline on December 18th.
Yes to both. Displays are removed throughout January, weather permitting. Off-site storage is optional and included for most clients — we store your lights at our shop so your garage stays clean and everything is ready for next season.
