USA Lighting provides outdoor lighting services including landscape and patio lighting, permanent architectural lighting, bistro and outdoor-living lighting, and seasonal Christmas lighting across Indianapolis and the surrounding Central Indiana area. The specific scope of any project is defined in the written proposal we provide to you.

Estimates and proposals are based on the information available at the time and are valid for the period stated on the proposal. Pricing may change if the scope of work, site conditions, or material costs change. Work begins once you approve the proposal and any required deposit is received.

We schedule installations and service visits based on availability and seasonal demand. Because our work is performed outdoors, timelines may be affected by weather, site access, and other conditions outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any changes.

Payment terms, including any deposit and final balance, are set out in your proposal or invoice. Balances are due as stated. We may charge for additional work requested beyond the approved scope.

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from USA Lighting about your inquiry, appointments, estimates, and service updates, and — where you have agreed — occasional promotions.

We use an AI-powered receptionist and automated messaging to answer calls, capture messages, and respond to routine requests. These communications may be recorded and transcribed as described in our Privacy Policy. Automated responses are provided for convenience and do not create a binding agreement until confirmed by our team in writing.

We stand behind our workmanship, and manufacturer warranties apply to the fixtures and materials we install. Warranty details for your project are provided with your proposal. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, alterations by others, storms, animals, or normal wear.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellations after work has been scheduled or materials have been ordered may be subject to charges for costs already incurred, as described in your proposal.

All content on usalightingdesign.com — including text, images, project photos, logos, and design — is owned by USA Lighting or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our written permission. You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, USA Lighting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
